In 2022, I launched NailsByMollyJai, where I’ve had the joy of growing a loyal clientele. In 2024, I expanded my vision by creating ByMollyJai Treatments & Training, where I’m excited to share everything I’ve learned with YOU.

My journey in the beauty industry began in September 2016, where I dedicated myself to learning and growing, gaining eight years of experience through training courses and qualifications. In June 2022, I took a major leap by launching NailsByMollyJai, which has since flourished, allowing me to build a loyal clientele and grow both professionally and personally. Expanding my vision further, I launched ByMollyJai Treatments & Training in October 2024, with the mission to share my knowledge, mentor aspiring beauty professionals, and empower others to build successful careers in the industry.
